How booking actually works

01

Send an enquiry — free, no card

Tell us the class and the date you're eyeing. We hold a tentative seat while we sort the details.

02

We confirm within one working day

Mere answers every message personally — availability, what to wear, parking, all of it.

03

Pay by link, show up, make things

We send a secure payment link. Nothing is due until your seat is confirmed.

Where the money goes

What's actually inside the ticket price

Every standard class includes all of this — no bolt-ons.

Fresh market flowers allocated per student
Secateurs, wire and tape laid out at a bench
Studio apron hanging at a workstation
Vessel and wrapping materials for taking work home
Coffee and baked treats on the studio counter

Money questions, answered

Yes — flowers, foliage, tools, apron, vessels, coffee and something baked. The only extra is if you fancy a tool from our wall to keep practising at home (students get 10% off).

Not at enquiry. We confirm your seat first, then send a secure payment link. For private events we take a 30% deposit to lock the date, with the balance a week out.

Full refund or free move up to 72 hours before class. Inside 72 hours we offer a credit or you can send a mate in your place — fresh flowers get ordered early, so we can't restock that late. Full story on the refunds page.

Duo Pass and dollar vouchers work on all standard classes (the wedding intensive needs a small top-up). Passes last 12 months from purchase.

Private events are quoted per person from NZ$85, minimum 8 guests, and depend on the arrangement you pick and any catering add-ons. Send a rough headcount on the contact page and we'll quote same week.

Pick a date, we'll bring the flowers
