  • Train: Britomart is a 7-minute walk up Queen St
  • Bus: most city routes stop within a block
  • Car: Civic car park on Greys Ave is the cheapest nearby — ~5 min on foot
  • On foot: look for the green door between the arcade and the bookshop, then up one flight

Heads-up: we're upstairs with a flight of stairs and no lift — if that's a problem, tell us in your message and we'll work something out.

Our studio dog Fern says yes, as long as yours is chill around stems. Give us a heads-up first.

Within one working day, and usually much faster on Tue–Sat. Sunday and Monday messages land in Tuesday's pile — the studio rests then too.

Yes — send the form or call and we'll pencil you in for 48 hours while you sort your end. Private events need the 30% deposit to fully lock the date.

We're upstairs with one flight of stairs and no lift, which we know rules some people out and we're honest about it. If mobility's a concern, message us — we've run classes off-site before and can often arrange it.

For groups, yes — hens' parties at rentals, offices in the CBD, community halls around Auckland. Travel within the central city is included; further out we add a mileage cost. Details on the private events page.
